Tell us about yourself. Where are you from?
I grew up in Plainview, Long Island. But my nationality is Bengali, my parents were born in Bangladesh.
What got you interested in getting into this field?
I was always interested since very young but never had the confidence to pursue it outside my regular job. Right now the timing feels right and I am ready to explore it!
Who are some of your favorite icons that have influenced you?
Oprah Winfrey, although not a model, has always been an icon and role model for me. She has always been an advocate to live the life of your dreams, believe in yourself, and that if you want something you have to start from somewhere.
Favorite hobbies !?
I enjoy spending time with my family, I love cooking and dining (big foodie!), traveling, and working out.
What are your long term goals?
My long term goals include having a versatile career life, which could be continuing to be a dental hygienist but also a model. Wherever life takes me I want to make sure I am strong, happy, and independent.
