Where are you from?
I'm originally from Buffalo, Minnesota. I have called New York home for the past 5 years.
How did you get started in this field?
I started modeling when I was 16. A designer approached me at a hair salon and asked if I was interested in modeling for her fashion show in downtown Minneapolis. I participated in the show and fell in love!
My aunt was also a successful model and did a lot of commercials and theatre work in Minneapolis. She introduced me to some agents, I got signed, then at 18 I moved out to New York City to start working!
Who are some of your favorite icons that have influenced you?
Growing up I really admired Sienna Miller, Scarlett Johansson and Angelina Jolie but my favorite right now is Rosie Huntington.
I admire women who are beautiful, but its the ones that radiate confidence I truly idolize. To be able to own your body type and unique style is very powerful
Hobbies?
My boyfriend and I are always visiting places around New York (restaurants, coffee shops, landmarks, etc). Thats something I really enjoy. Also traveling, photography, spending time with my friends, and cuddling with my adorable cat Louie
Career Highlights?
Working with Maybelline was a dream come true! I remember using their products growing up so it made me really proud to see myself on their billboards. I'm also a makeup artist so to be apart of any beauty campaign is really enjoyable for me
Long Term Goals?
My main goal is to grow a platform where I can be a source of encouragement and light to others. I love modeling and being in front of the camera, but it is being able to connect with others and impact them in a positive way that inspires me the most
